Delivery
Jobsite delivery is available upon request. Order must be accompanied with directions and address of delivery. For C.O.D. (cash on delivery) orders driver must be paid upon delivery of materials. Please inquire with a sales associate concerning delivery charges to your area.
Claims
All claims of shortage, damage, etc. must be made at time of pick up or delivery. Claims must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice verified by shipper which must indicate shortages or damages received.
Return Policy
Special orders cannot be returned. All returnable materials must be inspected by a representative of B & M Metals before being returned. Amount of return for damaged materials will be at the discretion of the representative and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 7 day limit on returns. Returns must be accompanied by an invoice.

Lengths on panels and trim can sometimes vary in length by up to a 1/2″ . These variants are normal occurrences in fabrication and are not reason for resection of panels or trim.”
