High temp, Retrofit, and Standard Flashers

Flashers are a great way to weather proof pipes coming through your roof. Flashers wrap around the base of the pipe to prevent water from leaking into the roof. We have standard, Retro Fit and High temperature flashers and our sales team can assure that you get the one that right for your job. Flashers are easy to install, please refer to our guide below.

Used to flash around pipes which protrude through the roof .
These can only be used where temperatures do not exceed 250 degrees Fahrenheit.


*On roofs where the pitch is steeper than 20 degrees consider using the next larger sized pipe flashing that will accommodate the same pipe diameter . Flashers are available up to 24".

Zips around pipes where a normal flasher cannot be pulled over from top. Usually used on tall pipes or pipes that have connections at the top as well as the bottom.
